Online Customer Care Consultant

Your responsibilities

- Assist customers via email and chat.
- Provide advice on sizing, fit, and products.
- Handle enquiries relating to shipping and orders.
- Work with the team to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Help maintain a friendly, professional standard of service.

Your profile

- A passion for women's fashion.
- Great communication skills.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Good digital literacy.
